All warranties implied or given are strictly return to base, should a fault found be due to improper manufacture a refund on return costs will be issued. Typographical Errors
In the event that a Tysew LTD product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tysew LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tysew LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Tysew LTD shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Returns
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, if you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to Tysew LTD for a full credit, subject to the following conditions: 

• The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you. 
• You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven days of receipt of the product(s). 
• You pay the return delivery charges. 
• Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be submitted within 30 days. 
• Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. 
• Software ordered can be refunded as long as the product has not been unboxed & in original seal.
• There is a 20% re-stocking fee 

If goods are refused by Tysew LTD, because the above criteria are not met, Tysew LTD will return them to the customer and also charge the customer's credit card for the value of the carriage. 

If goods are found to be faulty, damaged in transit or sent in error, we will arrange collection from addresses in United Kingdom mainland and pay the return carriage cost.

In the case of a return, Tysew LTD will not be held liable for damage caused during transit. This will be held as solely your responsibility to converse with the chosen courier/postal service.

Shipping
All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the goods once delivered. Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when Tysew Ltd have been paid in full. 

Providing the items are in stock and ordered before 3:00 PM Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesday’s), order’s will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during the weekend will normally be dispatched on the following working day. 

In the rare event of an item being out of stock, Tysew LTD will contact you by telephone and / or email to explain when delivery is to be expected.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the shipping page of the order process. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Tysew LTD shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. We will not be held responsible for deliveries delayed by the adverse weather conditions by a third party.
